Foundation pit engineering involves many aspects, such as the geotechnical, hydrological, structure, environment and so on, which is affected by many factors. Thus, we can see the complexity of in the field of architecture. In recent years, with the rapid development of city economy, the basis of building increases the depth and the layout is becoming more complex, more closely with the surrounding buildings, roads, municipal pipe network connection. The systematic design and implementation of this kind of foundation pit engineering have become a new topic. In this paper, it analysis the feasibility of the construction time, safety, technical aspects comprehensively, combined with the specific engineering background and according to the surrounding complex conditions constitute, for instance:the site engineering geological, hydrogen-logical, surrounding environment. Also, it launches a relative research through the design of the simulation calculation and field practice.1. Through the design calculation, it proposes to use the soil nailing wall, prestressed anchor and steel pipe pile composite retaining systems and uses the control system of rotary jet grouting pile of groundwater. At the same time, it uses precipitation system scheme of dewatering well, drainage wells and recharge wells combining site according to the complex characteristics of the monitoring scheme. Through the above efforts, it will monitor the whole foundation pit of the engineering dynamically.2. According to the site conditions, it will formulate system of the construction process, which is based on the system scheme.3. According to the characteristics of complex site foundation, it will points the key and difficult points of the implementing scheme clearly, and research will focus on the control of the process.4. It will collect the monitoring data in order to verify the effect of the implementation of the system scheme. Under the ensuring of the quality, reduction of the cost, saving of the project objectives, it will complete the complex site excavation engineering in a more excellent condition. In this paper, it will provide some reference for the engineering of the similar complex underground excavation in the aspect of design on the controlling complex site excavation engineering and implementation.
