In the resound, deep foundation pit supporting engineering has become an important and key part of the project, the foundation pit engineering to the overall project progress and quality of the crucial impact.This paper is to deal with the problems of quality, safety, environment and progress of deep foundation pit engineering, the new world sun garden foundation pit supporting project as a case, deep foundation pit construction scheme optimization and implementation measures to study the implementation, the main contents include the construction plan, combined with the construction control data to study, adapt to the deep foundation pit engineering, quality assurance, quality assurance, environmental protection and so on.In this paper, based on the risk thinking, combined with the PDCA cycle and process method, to carry out deep foundation pit construction scheme optimization and implementation strategy research. In the optimization of construction scheme, resource planning and cost analysis are carried out, and the construction scheme is planned; the construction plan and the schedule control is the core, and the network graph technology is used to find the key line. In the research, the dynamic control of cost and schedule is implemented by using the earned value method, cost model, etc., in order to track the status of the implementation of the project and to ensure the final cost and schedule to achieve the desired control effect.
