Research On The Management Mechanism Of The City High-rise Residential In Life Cycle Fire-prevention

Urbanization leads to labor migration. Urban land scarcity causes a lot of high-riseresidential buildings rising from the ground. Fire safety problems become a social focus.Through data access, the number of fire accidents is rising during the rapid development ofhigh-rise residential buildings. Fire prevention situation is rather serious. The state and societypay more attention to the fire management, encouraging innovation management and puttingforward new requirements to the work. The all play a positive role in the high-rise residentialbuilding fire management. However, socialized fire management exist lack of motivation,work slowly or gap management and imperfect constraint system. Therefore, the biggestproblem encountered in the urban high-rise residential building fire safety management is howto improve the fire safety management and how to build the systemic and dynamic firemanagement.Firstly, the research analyzes the domestic and foreign research status of fire management,and points out the deficiencies of existing studies. After deeply study of our country’straditional management system and problems, the research comes up with the high-risebuilding fire safety management needing the systemic and perfect management mechanism.Then, life cycle management of the building is applied to fire management. The researchmakes clear management tasks in their life cycle management and the organizationrelationship between the main bodies. The life-cycle theory is integrated into the managementmechanism, analyzing the dynamic mechanism, operation mechanism and restraint mechanism,such as how to works and principle between these three mechanisms.Afterwards, based on scholars before the research and management issues, the research builds a high-rise residential building fire safety management mechanism. Respectivelystarting from dynamic mechanism, operation mechanism and restraint mechanism, the everymechanism is built into specific content. The mechanism increases the power of system,improves the operation system and strengthens the constraints.At last, the research takes the Beimenqiao Community in Xuanwu district, Nanjing as anexample, in view of its existing management problems, applying fire safety managementmechanism. Comparative analysis shows that applying the mechanism can improve themanagement of fire safety community from the source, to provide a higher starting point forthe further development of fire prevention. It has the positive practical significance.
