Micropiles is a stiffening Rod placed in the drilling and pressure Grouting of smalldiameter bored pile.The supporting technology is characterized by its broad applicability tosoil, construction convenience, take up less space and less interference to the surroundingbuildings, particularly suitable for deep excavation in complicated environment.At present, micropiles technology and its application in excavation engineering isincreasingly common.But theoretical study on micropiles were far behind in engineeringpractice, still does not have a uniform design standards and calculation methods.In thispaper, based on the rigid micropile supporting structure as an example, and starting from theengineering practice,use the LiZheng software for deep excavation to design. By comparingthe design data and construction process monitoring data, to analyze the rationality ofdesign and calculation method.Provide the basis for the theoretical calculation of rigid micropiles supporting structure,provide the experience for the design and construction of similarprojects.(1)Micropiles technology formation, development, research development andapplication of foundation engineering are reviewed.(2)Actual project case, through comparative analysis of the different characteristics ofthe supporting structure, select the rigid Micropiling-bolting structural design calculations.(3)Using the incremental method and the parabola method to design the rigid micropilesupporting structure.And be constructed in accordance with the design parameters.(4)By comparing the design parameters and the actual monitoring data such ashorizontal displacements in deep stratum, horizontal and vertical displacements anddisplacement of surrounding buildings settlement etc.Verify the rationality of the designmethod,and verify the reliability in construction application.(5)Through the above research, this paper puts forward some conclusions can be usedfor reference, and put forward the improvement direction of the design method.
