The energy utilization rate of the existing urban community is not high, indoor and outdoor environment is relatively poor, the community energy system management level is low and many other issues, on the existing community energy saving reconstruction has become one of the key energy-saving work. In this paper, based on the extensive literature investigation, selection of typical different functions and climates zones, taking the existing community as the research object, has conducted extensive field research and theoretical analysis. The researched community including residential buildings, hospitals, shopping malls, hotels, office buildings and other public facilities, the construction of various types of community surveys current situation of energy consumption, analysis the typical community energy systems use status, characteristics and energy system’s advantages and disadvantages in community building. On this basis, set up a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the community of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, using the related theory of fuzzy mathematics to establish the model of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, selection and calculation method of the multiple factors evaluation indexes, constructed the evaluation method to determine the membership degree and weight, the results of comprehensive evaluation of the fuzzy operation, pointed out the direction of rationality and building energy-saving potential of existing community building energy system, provides the basis for the existing community building renovation.The results of the investigation and analysis of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation results show that:the existing community construction time is earlier, a lot of buildings envelope insulation measures were not taken, resulting in energy consumption increases, the building envelope insulation transformation can greatly reduce the energy consumption; the central heating system in the exsiting community, network and insulation was aging, the running, dropping, leaking, etc phenomenon is serious, energy wasting, transformation of the work of the heating system piping is imminent; electrical systems in buildings, residential buildings and the residents consumption behavior is closely related to energy conservation, energy conservation awareness of residents, public areas do people go lights; the community energy systems management, management not professional, also caused unnecessary energy waste.View of the current existing community building energy consumption situation, using the survey data, the theoretical analysis and the simulation analysis method is established, the community building energy demand forecasting method, calculated the energy load data, and provide basic data for optimizing the allocation of existing community energy system.
