| To achieve the demand for high-rise buildings on different floors of the building function, transfer structure has been widely applied, containing structural forms and the location increasingly high. The current application transfer structure formes contain:beam transfer structure, plate transfer structure, box type transfer structure, truss transfer structure. Generally, the height of transfer structure is Set three to six story, about20meters; individual transfer structure height is set seven to ten layers, about30m. Field experimental study on transfer structure aims to convert box type transfer structure,which located the hight of project is99.3m, ultra-serious overrun regulation and domestic rare.This paper studying the box type transfer structure includes:(1) the internal force study of the box type conversion structure under the vertical loads, including the transfer beam analysis of internal forces in the vertical load and the conversion plate forces analysis of internal forces;(2) the conversion layer deformation analysis under vertical loads;(3)conversion layer structure of the ansys simulation. Through the pre-relevant information and engineering design data research and analysis, this study select five beams, four boards testing internal force; ten beams deformation monitoring.To carry out the above research, we use on-site monitoring system and deformation monitoring system to ensure that test data is accuracy, timeliness and effectiveness.Monitoring system include automatic monitoring system (internal force monitoring) and manual monitoring system (deformation monitoring). Internal force monitoring system uses FBG-4150fiber grating strain gauge which is famous of the small sizeã€light weightã€long-term stability performance characteristics, besides, it can response the forces condition under vertical loads. Deformation monitoring use metal deformation measuring point which is good stability, each beam of deformation monitoring is installed at the bottom of the beam. Internal forces and deformation monitoring data collected once with the construction of two layers, there are sum to ten times when the main structure is completed. In addition,there are contract between the simulation results and experimental results about the internal forces and deformation of transfer structure using ANSYS element analysis software which aims to measure that Whether test results are correct,and the simulation results are reasonable.In this paper, access to a large number of documents on the basis of high-rise buildings, we achieve the following major achievements:(1)derived transfer beam with vertical load variation of internal forces applied at the same time show that the structure under vertical loads in elastic stage, structural safety, simulation of internal force trends are consistent with the ANSYS, ANSYS simulation data analysis showed that construction loads basic and reliable,(2)results in a vertical load converter board drill under load internal force trends indicate the working state board to simulate the internal force trends are consistent with the ANSYS, ANSYS simulation data analysis showed that the basic construction and reliable load structure safety.(3)conversion deformation analysis showed that the cumulative deformation structures are consistent with the simulation results indicate that analysis of data loaded ANSYS simulation is a basic and reliable construction, but far below the limit of deflection, structural safety.(4)box type structure with good conversion, while improving the ability of the structure to resist vertical loads. In addition to this class of ultra-high-bit conversion layer structure design, in particular, to strengthen the conceptual design. |
