High-rise building structure with a basement can be simplified mechanical model for the elastic rod at the theoretical calculation analysis, the main tower is simplified as a elastic rod to simulate, the outside of the main tower is simplified horizontal spring to simulate. In this simplified model, when the spring stiffness is very large, by the structure mechanics knowledge, the level shear of basement vertical components can be increase reverse under the action of horizontal loading, however, the actual seismic damage statistical results show that this kind of situation is rare.For this kind of problem, in this paper, through collecting, reading, sorting, analysis and research a lot of relevant literature, emphatically discusses the main factors affecting the internal force transmission between the vertical component of the upper storey and lower storey of the basement roof, and researching internal force transfer of different structure system by the infinite element software. The main contents of this paper is as follows:(1)By collecting, reading, sorting, analysis and research a lot of relevant literature and examples of engineering design. understand the composition and classification of the basement structure and the high-rise building structure with basement research and application status and the problems existing in the application; The realization of backfill constraints in the related finite element software. Finally, determine the research direction of this paper and analysis using finite element software.(2)Set up a finite element model of three dimensional frame structure, analysis using PKPM and ETABS finite element software, in view of the above summary may cause shear mutation factor, respectively specific analysis. The results show that for high-rise frame structure with basement, the shear of vertical components unconnected with the side wall of basement reverse increase can’t occurred or increase; connected to wall of the vertical component of shear increase the reverse happens, increase amplitude due to different factors.(3)Set up finite element model of shear wall structure\ frame shear wall structure and frame-core tube structure of practical engineering structure, using PKPM finite element software for analysis. The results show that, under horizontal loads, for shear wall structure, when the side wall thickness less than 1000 mm, the shear of basement shear wall does not appear to increase or reverse the increase; For frame shear wall structure, the shear of basement frame column does not occur increase or reverse the increase, when the side wall thickness less than 450 mm, the shear of basement shear wall does not appear to increase or reverse the increase; For frame-core tube structure, when the side wall thickness less than 1000 mm, the shear of the column and the core tube of the basement will not be increased or reverse the increase.
