Abstract/Summary:
Described “Thin planting soil” in this thesis can address to the minimum thickness forthe plant, generally refer to the structures under the greenbelt, that exist between0.3-1.5mthickness of planting soil in soil conditions.Following the rapid process of urbanization in China, the phenomenon of Tightconditions of Residential land has become more prominent. Greenbelt in the Residential areastend to build up on the top of the underground parking lot, as well as to achieve the BasicGreen Space Percentage of the residential Area, developers are also greening the roofs ofpublic buildings in the district. Therefore, the “thin planting soil” will become a generalmethod of greenbelt construction in contemporary Chinese urban residential area.In this thesis, the instance practical base on the NO.12China Railway Real estateChanhe Residential Area. This paper applies the theory of the modern landscape designfoundation carry out with the deep and scientific research, respectively from the design andconstruction aspects submit the current principle and method for the present residential area.Including: project design should origin of the ecology conception; construct the landscapespace in various ways, make recommendations to rationalize, to avoid the adverse landscapefactors, various kinds of plants and planting design method, etc. Face the requirements ofplanting substrate pretreatment、plant planting survival rate with fixed project and the use oflightweight landscape materials etc. Finally submit the new guidelines is different from thetraditional planting soil conditions of residential district, meanwhile, clearly set theconstruction key point in the “Thin planting soil”under the condition of green construction, allthose provide rich theoretical ideas for the construction and design in the residential area.
