Analysis Of Humanity Construction Of Residential Greenbelt In Qingdao

The relationship between people and the living environment, has always been atimeless topic, on which people has never stopped exploring and researching in the processof development of human society. People’s requirements of living environment have beentransferred to the pursuit on internal "humanity" from the external "quantity" and "quality"with the improvement of living standards of mankind. Green residential area, the place inwhich people contact and stay most of their daily lives, can not only satisfy the buildingrequirements of Green area from the quantity and quality, but more importantly, be“humanity”: that, to meet the residents’ demand about Green area on comfortable, security,sense of belonging and other needs from people’s physical and psychological aspects. Thishas been far beyond the ecological significance of Green area, and developed to a morehumane aspect of the functional significance. Therefore, residential greenbelt humanityconstruction is the future direction and goals of residential green space.This paper clearly described the theory and concepts associate with green residentialdistrict and humanity construction, and defined the content of the research, described thebasic principles that should be followed in Green residential district humanity design. Then,the author made a detailed analysis of the greenbelt users who are the most people say ofgreen residential district, the analysis guides as Behavioral psychology, discussed the users’activity characteristics and laws from their scale, behavior and psychological needs, andapplied it to later case studies and design methods.The author combined some methods such as field research, survey, interview and so on,first I start from the overall, did a questionnaire survey of more than twenty communities inQingdao, and came to a relatively optimistic conclusion about Qingdao green residentialarea construction, but also we can find some problems to be improved; then I tookFushanhou six residential and Sifang residential district as examples, did investigation andanalysis of Green space and the users from two aspects----design and evaluation surveyafter using,came to the strengths and weaknesses of the construction of residentialgreenbelt humanity; finally, I summed up problems of the construction of from the results ofthe analysis. The author proposed some strategies on residential greenbelt humanity designconsidered of the lack of humane considerations and application in design. But on the afterusing construction of residential greenbelt, which is a long and arduous, and requires largeamounts of manpower and resources to work, and we did too little work on it in China sofar, I just proposed some methods and strategies for reference when this work widely carriesout in residential greenbelt.
