With the development of national economy and machinery circle industry, a largenumber of new equipment and advanced technology is widely used in various types ofindustrial production. It makes the original lubricating oil and lubrication technologycan no longer meet the lubrication requirements, so the research of new lubrication andlubrication technology is an urgent demand. At present, the operation modes of fillinglubricating oil are different in our country, the level are different too, among themexisting manual fill lubricating oil operation and operation modes that are manualaccounting. This paper is based on the current situation of mechanical equipmentlubrication and combined with the practical problems that oil facilities faced when theyfilled lubricating oil, to design a modem system which can replace lubricating oilautomatically.Firstly based on the actual working environment and requirements of the system,the working principle of automatic lubricating oil filling system and its basicparameters are determined. The basic shape structure of lubricating oil equipment isdrawn by3D graphics software.Secondly in order to ensure that the lubricating oil cleanliness, this thesis did avery key study on oil-water separation and mechanical impurity filtering technology.Models of gravity type oil-water separator and fluid flow in the cyclone model isestablished according to the actual requirements. And numerical simulation of theinternal flow field in the separator is done by CFD software. Thereby, the feasibilityanalysis to improve the internal flow field of the separator is put forward according tosimulation results. On the other hand, the FLUENT software is used to simulate theflow field inside the pipe filter, and some measures to improve the filter structure is putforward according to the simulation results. By simulating the flow field of theoptimized filter, we can find that it is more useful for machinery and other impurities’ filtration than before. So what is mentioned above can provide theoretical basis andtechnical guidance for the most important technique in the project.Finally, from the point of view of design, combining with the technology ofPLC,non-contact IC card and database, it develops the control system of the oil filler.On the basis of studying the accuracy control, it designs the algorithm of initial leadand designs the control system program. The control system has certain adaptivelyfunctions and achieved the goal of improving the filling accuracy.
