| Self-lubricating joint bearings are widely used in various fields due to their compact structure,large load-bearing capacity,wide operating temperature range,impact resistance,and good self-lubricating properties,etc.As the extreme conditions for the use of self-lubricating spherical plain bearings are becoming increasingly demanding,the requirements for self-lubricating joint bearings are also increasing.In order to further improve the service performance of self-lubricating joint bearing,this paper takes the 45#steel self-lubricating lining friction pairs as the research object,and carries out the pre-filling research of laser surface texture.It lays the foundation for a new texture pre-filled self-lubricating joint bearing with low starting torque and longer service life.Firstly,by adjusting the processing parameters of picosecond laser precision machining equipment,the influence of machining parameters on surface texture processing,surface texture has the best tribological properties in 45# steel machined surface,and obtained a set of optimal process combination;Secondly,respectively using MDW-5G multi-functional testing machine which is a high-temperature high-speed friction and wear tester,low-speed heavy-load and high/low temperature environmental liner testing machine,and by means of the plane and the cylindrical texture pre-filled by friction,the pre-filling process parameters(load,time,speed etc.)influence of pre-filling effect is studied.Finally,the influence of texture pre-filling on the tribological properties of the friction pair was studied and the mechanism of action was analyzed on the corresponding tribological testing machine.The experimental results show that,when the load is 800 N,the time is 3200 s,and the rotation speed is 200r/min in the friction experiment of plane friction pair,the pre-filling effect is best,and when the cylinder friction pair is subjected to a friction test with the load of 400 N,the frequency of 0.3 Hz,the swing angle of ±20°,and the time of 3200 s,the pre-filling effect is best;The pre-filling of the surface texture can effectively improve the tribological performance of the 45#steel-self-lubricating gasket friction pair,significantly reduce its starting torque and wear amount,and make the friction pairs reach a stable wear stage quickly;Under the actual working conditions of the simulated self-lubricating joint bearing experimental conditions,the friction coefficient and wear amount of the pre-filled cylindrical friction pair have a significant reduction.The related research on the wear mechanism laid the foundation for the further development of a new texture pre-filled self-lubricating joint bearing. |
