| We had been gradually entered the aging society since the90’s of the20th century, which caused many social problems. Aging society is related to the national stability and development, and is an important factor in building our harmonious society. The elderly living is the core of the aging population problem and outdoor action space is the key to physical and mental health of the elderly.With the rapid development of economic level,the improvement of living standards of residents, as well as physical and mental health of growing older, the past behavior of older community outdoor action space can’t meet the daily lives of the elderly and recreational activities, so research and improve the old-age communities of outdoor space for older persons has become a pressing matter in the moment. This study was based on the older behavior, physiological, psychological characteristics and analyze their needs, combined with the principles of outdoor environmental design and other related theories, and existing nursing home and abroad are analyzed and summarized the case, summed up the pension for the elderly outdoors a series of design principles and the need to pay attention to the environment and to improve the problem. And took the Gold valley Sunshine Elderly Service Center in Henan as the example, carried on the practice and the application to its theory. Put forward some practical design, with a view to an apartment in the elderly outdoor design theory improvement of the best modest. |
