Research On Room Area Design Of Resort Hotels In Coast Area

In recent years, with the development of economy, China’s per capita GDP ismore than$3000and China has officially entered the resort era. The coastalenvironment is a kind of characteristic regional environment which has extremelyhigh commercial value and good development prospect in the area of tourist resort.With the vigorous development of China’s various bays, professional designcompanies have seized the Chinese market in succession and China’s localArchitectural Design Industry of Hotel has been confronted with opportunities andchallenges. There are many examples of coastal resort hotels in China but not toomany systematical analyses. This paper has made many-sided analysis, induction andresearch on the design of guestroom area of coastal resort hotel.Starting from the development history of coastal resort hotel, this paper has madeinduction and research on the plane layout, construction layout and the total planelayout of function means. Focusing on the overall design of guestroom area of coastalresort hotel, this paper has taken the Sanya area(there are many coastal resort hotels inthe area) as an example to emphasize on analyzing commonness and innovative of theguestroom design. Finally, this paper has concluded the related commonness andmade the prospect of the future development trend of guest room area of coastal resorthotel.The paper is divided into six chapters with about68725Chinese characters and175illustrations (including148figures and27tables)Chapter One: introduction. This part talk about the background, influence andrelated researching summaries of the subject. It also defines main concepts and putforward the basic researching frame of the paper.Chapter Two: development overview of coastal resort hotel. By sorting the relatedconcepts of hotel, resort hotel and coastal resort hotel, and also the developmentsituation of our country, this paper has summarized related characteristics of coastalresort hotel.Chapter Three: the analysis of coastal resort hotel’s plane layout. Focusing on therelationship of site selection of the coastal resort hotel, the overall plane layout andcoastal environment, the paper has explored the construction layout of the coastalresort hotel and then made analysis of the overall plane functional layout of the coastal resort hotel.Chapter Four: the overall design of guestroom area of the coastal resort hotel.This part has focused on the summary of overall design of guestroom area of thecoastal resort hotel and then found the commonness of guestroom area’s standardlevel morphology. Then from two parts of the relationship between constructionallayout of the coastal resort hotel and landscape visual and transportation system of theguestroom area of the coastal resort hotel, this paper has explored the design keypoints of the guestroom area of the coastal resort hotel.Chapter Five: the guestroom’s design of the guestroom area of the coastalresort hotel. This paper has taken classical cases of the coastal area of Sanya tospecifically analyze the standard room design of the coastal resort hotel whichincludes the functional composition, spatial scale and bathroom design. And then thispaper has make illustration of other types of rooms. Finally, this paper has madesorting of guestroom’s interior decoration style and greens environmental protection.Chapter Six: conclusion.
