Shenyang Power Plant first period is designed for heating with2*330MWunits, supporting21125t/h boiler and with330MW steam turbine generator. Boileris subcritical natural circulation drum boiler, by using medium speed pulverizingsystem with ball mill, DC type pulverized coal burners arranged at four corners withtangential firing, using reheat, balanced ventilation, three bin Juncker type airpreheater, dry slag removal, suspension structure, steel frame, operation layer abovethe tight closure.Electric dust collector configuration is using plate type double room five fielddry electrostatic precipitator from Zhejiang Tianjie Group production ofhorizontal.The transformation of power supply equipment for high frequency poweris from Nanjing state power environmental protection science and technologylimited company.Each unit with2sets of289.7M2electric dust collector, plateheight15.5m, design of flue gas volume is1899117m3/h, design ensures theefficiency higher than99.74%.Supporting facilities for desulphurization2*330MW unit of Shenyang PowerPlant adopts the limestone gypsum process, by the Beijing GuodianLongyuanEnvironmental Protection Engineering Co. Ltd. Flue gas desulfurization device isarranged in a furnace a tower configuration, with furnace absorption tower for each,and supported with the gypsum slurry treatment system, the process water system,limestone slurry preparation system, storage and waste water treatment system.Current electric precipitator outlet dust emission concentration is about60mg/ Nm3, CEMS data showed that after desulfurization dust emission concentration of20~30mg/Nm3.According to the present situation of coal-fired power plantenvironmental emissions requirements, in line with the requirements of the dustemission regulations, strict requirements, Shenyang Power plant implements ofultra-low emission limit value of5mg/Nm3requirements, achieves the sootemission level of gas turbine.Flue gas desulfurization system is applying for franchise limestone gypsummethod provided by "Beijing GuodianLongyuan Environmental ProtectionEngineering Co Ltd " desulfurization efficiency of not less than95%, in anyoperating conditions, water content in outlet flue gas mist carrying lower than75mg/Nm3(dry basis).The design based on the above background, using investigation method,observation method, the literature research method, quantitative analysis, empiricalresearch method, and experience summary method, preliminary design of wetelectric dust removing device renovation project has been completed afterdesulfurization.Design includes the evaluation of wet dedusting reconstructionproject, wet electric dust removing device major renovation project process analysisand evaluation of wet electric dust removing device reconstruction project.First ofall, from the theoretical point of view, confirm research background, content,meanings and methods; and then combined with the fact, to evaluate the projectsurvey, design principle and process characteristics; secondly,to confirm the mainprocess and establish the wet electric dust removing device transformationregardingto electrical, thermal control and construction process analysis; finally carries on theappraisal to the project.The following main design principles:1. This modification project by using wet electrostatic dust removal device inthe desulfurization, under the conditions of desulfurization dust in exports (dust+ gypsum)<30mg/Nm3, ensure that the dust emission concentration of <5mg/Nm3,a wet electrostatic dust removal device outlet droplet the emission concentration of<20mg/Nm3.2. Layout of wet electrostatic dust removal device is matching with existingpower plant building, which fully reflects the overall layout of the rationality,harmony, beauty.According to the design of the content, in accordance with national and localenvironmental regulations, the renovation project by using wet electrostatic dustremoval device in the desulfurization. The project combines with the optimal layoutof the site conditions in premise of defined content, focused and easyimplementation concept. Project by using wet electrostatic dust removal device inthe desulfurization, under the conditions of desulfurization dust in exports (dust+gypsum)<30mg/Nm3, ensure that the dust emission concentration of <5mg/Nm3,a wet electrostatic dust removal device outlet droplet the emission concentration of<20mg/Nm3.Result meets the design requirement. After the implementation of theproject, dust emissions will be greatly reduced, ultra-low emissions will be realized,and the surrounding environment will be improved, therefore good social andeconomic benefits will be gained.
