| After running a period of time, some part in the bottom of the metro will deposit alot of dust, as running gear, motors, and electrical cabinets. If these dust do not beremoved in time, they will influence the metro’s performance and longevity, even makethe metro be broken-down, this maybe cause traffic accidents. So, this paper designs amaintenance system which be used to remove the dust in the bottom of the metro. Thissystem is design for the extension of Chongqing metro line6, it references the monorailmobile dust removing equipment in design, and combines with the actual workenvironment of the subway purge plant. This system’s functions are removing the duston the bogie and electrical equipments in the bottom of metro, at the same time, thesystem suck in the dust, then filter the dusty air and exhaust the air.The overall program’ design of this dust removing system is depend on thecomprehensive and systematic analysis of dust removing equipment’s theory andfunctions, and combine with the real environment of the subway purge plant. This dustremoving system contains five subsystem, they are blowing system, vacuuming system,control system, running system and air curtain system. The blowing system, vacuumingsystem, control system and running system are in a dust removing vehicle; this vehicleis under the underground railway track. The air curtain is on both sides of the railwaytrack. All the equipments are arranged by according to the size of the metro vehiclelimits, so they do not be interfere with the metro. In the working process of the dustremoving system, the vehicle runs from the metro’s one side to another side at a certainspeed. The blowing system blows the dust away from the bottom of the metro, thevacuuming system suck the dust in the pipelines. The suction hood contains filter screen,so the air contains dust will be filtered by the filter screen and then be exhausted by thedraught fan. The air curtain is open at the same time; it stops the dust diffusingeverywhere to give the staff a healthy working environment. This paper will researchand design this five systems’ program. The working principle’s analysis and structuredesign of the blowing system and the vacuuming system are the important parts thatwill be introduced.This paper focus on the dust removing system’s design and compute on the basis ofanalyzing the law of motion of blowing airflow and inhalational airflow. All thesecontain blowing air’s flow compute, air compressor’s choice and analysis, pipelines’ design and compute, axletree’s design, compute and check, and so on. |
