Construction safety issue has been one of the world’s hot topic， resulting in lossof life and property of the people of the world at the same time， the constructionindustry has seriously hampered the development of the world， hindering thepeople’s material and cultural life and social harmony and stability and progress.Construction of China’s relatively low level of security， has given our people andtheir lives and property caused a lot of irreparable harm and loss. Construction safetyhas become a high-risk issues can not be ignored in the research， analyzing thecharacteristics of China’s construction industry， exploration and research imperativeaccident prevention countermeasures methods.In recent years， the construction enterprises with the rapid economic growth ofChina’s building has been an unprecedented rapid development， however， is notsynchronized with the lagging construction safety management， materially andspiritually to bring a great deal of injuries and losses， but also severely restricts thedevelopment of infrastructure. This paper analyzes the construction characteristics ofthe building as a starting point to discuss the factors affecting the construction safetyissues， thereby further exploration of how to improve construction safetymanagement level， in order to prevent accidents， protect life and property safety，and promote the sustainable development of the construction industry.According to Heinrich’s Law by Herbert William Heinrich, the securityengineer in the United States law of Heinrich, when300accident happen in anenterprise,29cases of minor injuries or inevitable failure, there is a serious injury,death or major accident, is behind a major accident there will be29minor accidents,there are300potential hazard. While the occurrence of casualties is not an isolatedincident, although the injury may occur suddenly in a certain instant, but it is a seriesof events have occurred. The unsafe state of the person’s unsafe behavior or the unsafe state of the material is due to the shortcomings of the person. That is, the unsafebehavior of the person, the unsafe state of the thing is the accident, the center of theenterprise accident prevention is to eliminate the unsafe behavior and the unsafe stateof the thing.. This paper studiesalthough still in the primary stage of study on safety management of construction, butthe effort from consciousness level, technical level and the level of supervision for thepromotion of China’s construction safety management provide practical significanceof theoretical support and reference, is expected to participate in the safetymanagement behavior from the construction efforts to reduce the security accidentratio, in order to promote the development of China’s construction safety problems tocontrol, low frequency development forward to provide some reference.
