In the face of the actual situation that manpower,material resources and financial resources are still large and relatively concentrated in the construction stage of prefabricated steel structure building,there is still a problem of high risk of construction cost overrun that needs to be solved urgently.Therefore,this paper analyzes and studies the problem of cost risk control in the construction stage of prefabricated steel structure building.Starting from the perspective of risk control,the cost objective can be realized,which is conducive to further promoting the popularization and application of prefabricated steel structure building.In this paper,based on the cost control theory and risk control theory,combined with the construction technology and technical characteristics of prefabricated steel structure building,the key factors of cost risk in 23 construction stages are extracted and identified from the aspects of labor,material,machinery,management and environment,and the index system is established.By comparing the advantages and the disadvantages of 10 kinds of cost risk analysis method,using analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to construct the mathematical model,and then construct pass class times,to establish judgment matrix,consistency to determine index weight,and create a fuzzy set,determine the fuzzy evaluation matrix,multi-factor fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.By public building construction case of a prefabricated steel structure calculation analysis and early warning after classification,the integrated use of BIM modeling technology,measurement valuation,collision checking,network planning optimization,virtual simulation the elaborating management,safety education,5d the construction phase construction animation technical clarificaiton,three-dimensional emulation and construction scheme on the construction site,The effective control and optimization measures of the cost risk in the construction stage of prefabricated steel structure building are formulated.The main conclusions are as follows :(1)The cost risk index system created by 23 factors in 5 levels is widely applicable to the analysis of various forms and types of prefabricated steel structure construction cost risk problems.(2)The combination of AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is selected from the 10 cost risk analysis methods to establish a mathematical model,which plays a complementary role of double correction.The method is easy to grasp and highly operable.(3)Through the case analysis to quantify the risk cost 64.484 size,risk for the membership degree of high cost,and the weight of 23 factors always sort results,on the basis of drawing the intuitive visual warning radar map and the main control factors of 9,accounted for 75%,the control factors of eight,accounted for 20%,six general factors,accounted for 5% of the specific classification.(4)8 kinds of BIM technology tools are adopted to comprehensively develop effective control and optimization measures for 5 major,2 minor and 1 general cost risk factors.
