In this paper, in the background of the issued publication, which are the relevant policy planning and design standards of low carbon ecological area and green building in China, combined with the globalization trend of green building development and the actual situation of the underground commercial building development of our country, to construct its green technology system suitable for underground commercial building where with hot summer and cold winter. With the example of underground commercial building in Suzhou Taihu New City, which designed to demonstrate the application of appropriate technology for green system and form "to the point with surface" radiation effect. It play a model and benchmarking role to the whole province and the zone where with hot summer and cold winter, it also promotes the healthy development of underground commercial building and improve the whole society’s awareness of environmental ecology, while provides appraisal method for managers. Seven chapters are included in this dissertation:The first chapter introduced the research background and putting forward the research contents、research purpose and technique route. In second chapter, it based on the "according to local conditions" principle, aimed at underground commercial building features, under different professional category, it makes compared and analyses for green low-carbon technology of underground commercial building, which combined in hot summer and cold winter climate types and natural resources.In third chapter, the paper expounded in several aspects:The progress of related theory researches which domestic underground commercial building; the appropriate technology in green low carbon of typical cases in foreign and domestic; the adoptability from the cases. In forth chapter, it based on theoretical in chapter two and analysis in chapter three, with the example of underground commercial building in Suzhou Taihu New City, combined with the background of new town planning, location advantages and the construction target. Based on the "four a green" classification principle, Putted forward the green low carbon technology reasonable choice strategy of the region, and expounded the key technology in various conditions and scope of application,On the one hand, the quality of green building which in underground space of Suzhou Taihu New City can be improved at every stage--design, construction and operation management. On the other hands, It makes Demonstration benchmark in reference and contrast value when other areas and regions Green low carbon zone make technology choice. The building energy technology、environmental technology、water-saving technologies and materials、construction techniques and building intelligent technology is combined together in reasonable and organic ways. Provide guidance to owners decision and design in deepen; The incremental cost of green building and payback period are evaluated in fourth chapter, The chapter sixth put forward Suggestions to promote the greening development of underground commercial building in Su Zhou.
