The reliability of underwater vehicle directly decides that if the underwatervehicle can fulfill the mission. Underwater vehicle propeller is the main source ofunderwater robot failure. It is of great significance that the underwater vehicle failureof underwater vehicle propeller failure mode and failure mechanism was analyzed toimprove underwater vehicle reliability. Based on dynamic seal system due to themotor shaft at high speed and high pressure easily lead to leakage and wear failureunder the condition of the fault, dynamic seal design of self-healing technology is putforward.Dynamic seal self-repairing system mainly comprises sensor module, signalprocessing module, MCU module, power module, motor propulsion mechanism,dynamic seal redundancy and motor propeller propulsion module, etc. Power moduleprovides power for each module. DHT–11is selected as temperature and humiditysensor, which is in the stern shaft seal. Under the condition that underwater vehicle donot turn over movement, when the stern shaft dynamic seal wears, underwatervehicle firstly detects changes in temperature and humidity sensor. Humidity sensorsignal is into single chip microcomputer after modulation amplification circuitprocessing to judge whether stern shaft of underwater vehicle seal leakage.Temperature sensor detects the temperature of the shaft, the sensor signals is intosingle chip microcomputer through modulation amplification circuit processing,single chip reduces temperature by adjusting the rotational speed of motor. MCU isthe control center of the dynamic seal system to control the sensor signal processingand the rotation of the CAM motor and propeller. The principle of motor CAMpropulsion is that CAM rotates by motor rotating, bolt move up and down by the CAM driven, so as to control the compression spring in the case of dynamic sealingsystem wear failure to release, to push the dynamic seal redundant institutions andunderwater vehicle wall sealing connection, thus preventing the vehicle leaking whenstern shaft seal of underwater vehicle fails, and the vehicle can continue to completethe task.Finally by demonstrating experiment, hydraulic pump was used to simulate2MPA water pressure, the propeller speed is controlled in the766r/min,divided intotwo groups of detection, a set of use unworn type O sealing ring, a set of use has worntype O sealing ring, continue to work after260h and780h, then observe whetherspring is released, the humidity sensors to detect whether the inner cabin has waterseepage, the experimental results show that the Self-repairing system in dynamic sealwear failure can operate, and can have the effect of sealing, demonstrates thefeasibility of the self-healing system.-...
