As people increasingly high share of the car, the car brings people to facilitate travel while parking problem has gradually become a disturbing thing. Space utilization and management efficiency of conventional ground parking increasingly unable to meet the needs of the public, the development of three-dimensional garage in line with the new era has to be an effective way to solve the parking problem.This paper describes the study of intelligent parking equipment lifting and transferring control systems and social development background, analyzes the purpose and significance of the development of domestic and international parking garage, as well as the research of cutting-edge technology. The paper describes the lifting and transferring parking structure, describes instances of lifting and transferring parking access car works and operational processes; raises the design requirements of lifting and transferring intelligent parking garage control system. First, the paper analyzes the relationship between mechanical properties of the load and mechanical characteristics of the motor, introduces the principle of leveling and traverses positioning and designs the closed loop control of motor speed. According to the number of inputs and outputs to be controlled to determine the amount of the PLC model, addresses the allocation of the input and output signals, human-computer interaction systems completed the design of card module, LCD display module, data storage module, communication module and other major schematic design module. Then the paper designs the stereo garage scheduling algorithm, using breadth-first algorithm as the garage scheduling algorithms to solve the problem of the intelligent car access and further study of the3*3three-dimensional garage for7parking access car situation, and access to specific parking space for specific processes are analyzed in detail. Finally, the software part of the lifting and transferring parking were designed mainly for PLC control system program, swiping card module program, LCD display module program and communication module program.The garage control system designed in this paper adopts the modular design, with flexible structure, and the related hardware system and software system are studied in detail, so as to make the garage more intelligent. And the system has a low cost, short development cycle, easy to spread, etc. It can effectively improve urban residential parking problems.
