| With the popularization of3D CAD technology, the traditional2D design that cannotmeet the requirements of product design and manufacturing have become the obstaclewhich restricts the enterprises achieving the development of digitization. The3D processbased on MBD, which changes the traditional process design method, and makes apossibility that achieving the integration of product design manufacture process, attractsincreasing attention. This paper combing with the engineering practice studied the3Dprocess based on MBD from the aspect of machining, and developed a3D machiningdesign system based on Pro/E and made it into practical application. The main contentsincluded:Firstly, introduced the basic concept and the overseas and domestic research status of3D process technology. Analyzed the process of machining in present stage of machineryindustries. Researched the method that is widely used in engineering machinery partsmanufacturing and process, and how to carry out the product process planning and processdesign.Then, introduced the details of the overall design scheme of the3D process system,the functions of the four main modules which were designed according to the requirementsof the process, and the workflow of the system.Next, studied the dynamically build of the process model and the expressiontechnology of3D process information. Proposed the construction method of processmodel based on reference model. Analysed different kinds of process information andestablished the different expressions for different3D process information usedsymbolization technology.Moreover，studied the3D process data integration management and the3Dprocess information visualization organization technology, which make themanufacturing process and relevant information presenting in front of the workersvisually, thus guiding the production.Finally, verified the three-dimensional process system and explained theworkflow illustrating by the case of the typical engineering machinery products. |
