Research Of MBD Based Part Process Model Design Method

MBD(Model Based Definition)technology is a new model-based manufacturing technology and a new development trend in the mechanical manufacturing industry.However,the application of MBD technology in actual production is still not mature at present,and it is still an urgent problem to be solved for how to create process model based on MBD to express the production process flow of parts.In this paper,by analyzing the organizational structure of MBD process model and studying the organization and expression of process information in NX environment,a design method of part process model based on MBD is proposed.The Visual Studio 2012 secondary development tool was used for the secondary development of NX software,and the process information assistance system was designed.The PMI module of NX and the process information assistance system were used to realize the storage function of process information on the process model.To solve the problem of machining errors caused by directly applying MBD process model into manufacturing,the design difference model conversion system converts asymmetric tolerances of model size into symmetric tolerances,and at the same time changes the design dimensions to drive the generation of the difference model.To solve the problem that there is no associated sequence between process models,a method of structured management of three-dimensional process is proposed.Taking a certain shaft part as an example,this method is used to design a three-dimensional process management system to manage process information and guide the processing and production of the part.With Access database as the data layer,ADO as the interface of database to develop process information database,realize the organization and management of process information.By designing part process model based on MBD and applying it to production and processing,it can not only shorten the research and development time of parts,but also promote the development of parallel work,greatly reducing the rework rate of products and improving the efficiency of product development.
