With the universality of the car, the damage to the environment and energygets more and more serious and dealing with the problem of energy crisis andenvironmental pollution also plays an important role. Therefore, researching anddeveloping, electric car with high security and good driving ability is verynecessary. Electric car driving system including motor and the control system,widely use the Permanent magnet synchronous motor as automobile motor drivecontrol system because of its high efficiency, high energy density and low torqueripple. Therefore, in-depth study of permanent magnet synchronous motorcontroller is very necessary.This topic is derived from the cross subject, first of all, and this dissertation,according to the technical requirements and the given relevant parameters,calculate the maximum output of the motor speed. This dissertation firstintroduces the mathematical model of PMSM and reasons for the coordinatetransformation under natural coordinate system. Next, the vector control andspace vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) technique principles are analyzed.Through the analysis of voltage feed-forward compensation controller, it can beseen that advantages of voltage feed-forward compensation controller comparedwith traditional PI controller, and the superiority of MTPA in terms of powerfactor, determine it as current control strategy of controller. Then the SVPWMand double closed-loop system simulation model in the MATLAB/Simulinkenvironment is set up and the experimental results under the acceleration andload mutation met usually are analysized, on this basis, to prove the controlsystem under the SVPWM technology stable.On the basis of the above theoretical research, the hardware circuit with theXE164FN as the core of the permanent magnet synchronous motor controller isdesigned,as mainly include control circuit, drive circuit, power circuit, protective circuit and detective circuit. As the control algorithm involves manytimes cosine calculation, error of DSP library in XE164FN is as high as7%, andthe paper use the curve fitting method to reduce the error. And software flow c ofthe control system is designed, which mainly include PMSM rotor initialpositioning program, the corresponding circular wait and protection program andthe double closed loop control system program. Finally, we have carried on theexperiment to motor controller, which mainly include no-load experiment ofSVPWM, the experience on load and analyzed the results with the comparingmethod.
