On the development trend of the current car, as a green energy vehicles which can alleviate the energy crisis and reduce environmental pollution, the pure electric vehicles will be concerned more and more by the public. With the public increasingly high demand of comfort and other aspects of car, especially in recent years, automatic transmission has a better balance in handling and environmental protection or other factors, while the research and development of domestic automatic transmission for pure electric vehicles is still in its infancy, it is the urgent to break the blockade of foreign automatic transmission technology. This thesis is focused on the development of pure electric vehicles AMT shift control system, including the following:(1) Based on the analysis of AMT automatic transmission of the pure electric vehicles, CAN bus and other related technology, the overall design schemes, which are pure electric vehicles AMT shift control system and the system controller, are developed mainly from the aspects of function. The main functions of control system include shift system electronic control unit, shift motor and drive system unit, vehicle state parameter acquisition and fault diagnosis and troubleshooting, etc.(2) The hardware design of pure electric vehicles AMT shift control system is completed, consists of shift control system controller and shift control system motor system, it is specifically designed that each module circuit of shift control system controller and the selection of motor system of shift control system.(3) Using the modular design, based on the software development environment and the requirement of system software design, the software design of pure electric vehicles AMT shift control system is completed, including the design and implementation of main program and each function module and the module running processes. Based on the CAN bus communication, the vehicle condition monitoring process, intelligent detection shift spacing, motor drive and servo driver failure alarm and other functional modules are mainly realized.(4) The operation and commissioning of pure electric vehicle AMT shift control system are completed and carried out in hardware, software, and integrated debugging. After commissioning, the functions and indicators meet the design expectations.
