As a clean energy vehicle, more and more people can accept pure electric vehicles and value them. The modern technology of automobile electronic has been on the way of the whole vehicle integrated electronic, intelligent, and modular bus controller network technology has become a new direction of the development of the automobile electronic technology. These days, the pure electric vehicle shift mainly use the mechanical transmission gear shift handle and execution mechanism, in order to adapt to the development of modern automotive control network technology, make the shift control process and the formation of the overall vehicle communication network. In this paper, I am centered on the ARM high speed processor as the core of the system, and then develop a pure electric vehicle shift control system which is based on CAN bus. The shift control system is transformed from the mechanical type manual on the original, its price is lower. CAN bus developed by German Bosch company which is one of the most promising field bus. Using CAN bus for data communication in the system, to ensure Immediate and reliable of the communication, shorten the cycle of system development.The main researches contents of this paper are as follows.(1) The overall program design of the shift control system. According to the function of the shift control system and the environment of actual work, design overall scheme and development process. Complete the selection of central processor and data communication scheme design.(2) Shift control system hardware circuit design. Complete the circuit design of the shift control system. The hardware design mainly introduced the design of system power, the peripheral circuit of central processor and the specific scheme of CAN bus communication. The high temperature, vibration, and strong current which could interference the shift control system. Joined the anti interference design in the process of circuit design and PCB board produce.(3) The program design of shift control system. Complete the program design of the overall function of shift control system. Design the flow chart of CAN bus data communication program and the shift control flow graph of shift pulse calibration system. Add software anti-jamming techniques in the program, to enhance the reliability of the program. (4) The mechanical structure design of shift control system and system debugging. Design the mechanical structure of shift control system, and select the appropriate AC servo motor and driver, and conduct the shift control system debugging. Testing the reliability and stability of the shift control system, find out the problems in debugging do some further the work to improve the shift control system.
