Energy and environmental issues is a key point for the development of human society,fusion energy,as one of the possible ways to solve the energy problem,its advantages are:has adequate supply of raw material.high calorific value,low radioactivity,environmental friendly, fusion energy attracted widespread attention for its cleanliness, safety and renewability.CFETR is an experimental fusion engineering test reactor based on the ITER and the china Tokamak experiences. It is between ITER and fusion demonstration reactor,aimed to verify the specific engineering implementation technology of fusion reactor,has an important role for the commercialization of fusion energy and is an indispensable step in the development of China fusion engineeringBlanket is the key component for the future fusion reactor to realize its functions and practical application.its main functions are:removing heat for power generation, breeding tritium for providing tritium self-sufficiency and shielding sensitive components from radiation, the safety of the blanket system is one of the decisive factors for the reliable operation of the future fusion reactors.This article take CFETR helium cooled solid blanket as study object, based on computational fluid dynamics theory, finite element analysis, fluid-structure coupling analysis method, and CFETR helium cooled solid blanket first wall and breeding units were calculated using ANSYS CFX and ANSYS Workbench. Based on the simulation results,optimization design of the first wall and the breeding unit were proposed and verified. First of all, a suitable mathematical model was established according to computational fluid dynamics, finite element method and coupling principle; Then, a realistic analysis model was created with CATIA modeling software by taking into consideration of CFETR helium cooled solid blanket functions and design features;Besides, fluid-structure coupling analysis of the first wall and breeding unit were done using ANSYS CFX and the temperature distribution counter, the fluid field distribution counter were obtained; What’s more,taking the temperature distribution results of the cooling structure got in the previous simulation as a boundary conditions,stress analysis of blanket cooling structure were done using the ANSYS Workbench software and the stress distribution of the blanket cooling structure were obtained.Finally, according to the simulation results, CFETR helium cooled solid blanket design requirements and the existing empirical data, optimal design of the first wall and the breeding units were done and results show that the optimization program is reasonable and reliable. This article provides data support and design reference for the CFETR helium cooled solid blanket, Which play an important role for the further improvement of CFETR helium cooled solid blanket.
