The certain domestic bus positioning in high-end tourist bus, in order to let people more comfortable in business and travel, and improve the competition in the high-end brands, the company want to further improve its NVH performance. At the beginning of the project, we analyzed the main noise source briefly. Through the experimental method and the technology of engineering signal processing and analysis, for the noise and vibration test and analysis of the bus. And by compared with the test analysis of the certain foreign luxury bus, to determine the feasibility scheme of improving the NVH performance of the domestic bus.Firstly, according to relative national and industrial standards, work out testing scheme, for vibration and noise testing on both certain domestic bus and foreign bus, confirm the situation of vibration and noise both of the bus. Obtain the basic data of the noise and vibration testing when the buses moving at a constant speed, moving in speed up and in static-state test etc.Additionally, processing the data which collected by noise and vibration testing. Then through spectrum analysis and order analysis, definite the noise level, spectrum character and the vibration circumstances. At the same time, this article also compares the results of two buses of noise and vibration. Then find out the gap of two buses in NVH performance.Lastly, from the results of experimental data analysis and the present situation of the bus. Put forward some specific measures in the aspect of body structure sealing performance, the structure of air inlet, the noise elimination adjustment of exhaust system, engine mounting, upholstery and the noise and vibration reduction of air-condition. Provide the practical base for later improvement direction.
