With the improvement of the hydraulic servo system control requirement,tradition control methods has been difficult to meet the control requirements ofthe system. The electro-hydraulic position servo system of precise straighteningmachine is a typical non-linear time-varying systems, The complex system haswidespread changes in the parameters、outside interference and so on. Its controlrequirement is high and difficult.Traditional control methods has been difficultto control. In the situation, Analysis system and find a good control algorithm tocontrol system better has a certain practical significance.Firstly, The paper designed the electro-hydraulic servo system of a precisestraightening Machine, Analysis the transfer function of the hydrauliccomponents, transfer function of the four-valve-controlled hydraulic cylinders isderived. Then simplify the transfer functions in different loads,establish themathematical model of precise straightening Machine hydraulic Position ServoSystem though establish other hydraulic components mathematical model.By thetransfer function of system, analyze the stability and precision frequecyresponse characteristics of the precise straightening machine systems.For thelack of traditional PID controller to control complex systems, the paperdesigned an PSO PID controller and applied it to particle swarmelectro-hydraulic servo system of precise straightening machine.Firstly, selectdifferent PSO parameters, using matlab simulation software we can get system’sstep response curves in different PSO parameters,Simulation and analysissystem performance under the traditional PID control and particle swarm swarmPID control, From the simulation results, we can seem compared withconventional PID control, system in the particle swarm PID controller has smallovershoot and short response time. Finally, analysis step response curve ofconventional PID controller and particle swarm PID controller under the systemconcludes in different damping ratio.The methods and conclusions of this paper has a certain theoretical andpractical significance for the electro-hydraulic position servo system controlprecise straightening machine.
