| With the developing of technology, production patterns have been constantly changing. Mass Customization has become the world’s most mainstream mode of production. Mass customization can be a combination of diversification and personalization features of high-volume, low-cost products and customized products. Ergonomics is the solution to human machine needs. Seeking for the application of ergonomic in mass customization mode products is particularly significant.This paper studies the concept of mass customization, the formation and realization way, summed up the characteristics of mass customization products, and methods of MC product design. Mass Customization products are mainly made up of different modular components. Finding the connections between man-machine engineering and mass customization is the key to success. The human-machine modularity systems can build mass customization and ergonomic ties.Paper studied the connection between ergonomics and mass customization, building a MC man-machine system, which can be a guidance of the ergonomic application in the design of customized products. |
