However, the country currently has no one companyor research institutions developed with independent intellectual property rights of theproduct flow cytometry, flow cytometry in China’s development is almost blank.This paper mainly from the flow cytometer sheath flow systems, excitation lightsource with beam shaping system, the forward scattered light and side scatter lightdetection light path design and other aspects of flow cytometry fluorescence opticalsystem expand research and design.1、According to the requirements of the sample fluid and detecting requirementsof flow cytometer, Use of sheath fluid flow system focusing principle for the designof flow system, Let the sample stream made by cell wrapped in a sheath flowshoowed a single linear fluid flow through the laser detection region, and with theexcitation laser perpendicular to each other.
