However, the construction of some campus buildings finds itself in a random as well as passive development status leaving the inner growth of kids and cultural immersion in ignorance. Middle school is of great importance in the transition of students from teenagers to adults. Children starting from14years old begin to develop self-independent thought, they are not only interested in what they learn in classrooms but also develop their senses to make judgments. Therefore, the message conveying by the design in educational institutions will influence the mental growth of children. The current pedagogy emphasizes teaching and imparting a lot but lays less stress on guidance and enlightenment. This paper tries to import the necessary cultural landscape into educational institutions by analyzing the stereotyped design landscape in middle schools emphasizing that the cultural landscape must have its own regional culture.Regional culture is a continuous process through the past, the present and the future. It is neither static, nor outdated. It is a spiritual wealth full of vitality always in operation. It is still a theoretical problem regarding how to create a landscape design with regional culture on middle school campuses.
