Design And Implementation Of Intelligent Microwave Switch Receive Detector

The detector on the intelligent microwave switch system is a kind of material leveldetection system that use microwave as the transmission medium,with the theory ofmicrowave beam position obstacle detection to detect the material position.It’s include thefollowing components: The detector on the intelligent microwave switch(including themicrowave emitter and the microwave receiver), the PC software and theintelligent microwave switch detetor with other related accessories.This detection of intelligent microwave switch receiver is a portable instrument, it is thefollow-up product of intelligent microwave switch,also belong to the intelligentmicrowave switch system, which is designed to detect the transmitter. It has a role in twoaspects: first, it can be used to detect that whether the circuit board is working normally afterall component are welded; second, it can be used to detect rapidly the situation of theintelligent microwave switch in the industrial field, in order to facilitate the site moreconvenient for debugging and maintenance.This paper discusses the design and implementation of intelligent microwave switchemitter detector from two aspects of hardware and software. The detector on the smartmicrowave switch is a kind of portable detecting instrument, and it is developed on the basisMSP430F149microprocessor. The detector integrates most important functions of the PCsoftware, so that the staff can operate switches via RS-485in the industrial field. The256KBmemory embedded in the detector can store a large amount of data on operating state ofswitches.Intelligent microwave switch emitter detector designed in this paper is proved to meet thedesign requirements.
