Design Of Portable Vibration Detector

Combined with the actual need of detecting vibration and based on the analysis of advantages and disadvantages of existing methods, a vibration detection method by means of detecting magnetic field is proposed.First, after analysing and comparing several microprocessors, an overall design of the portable vibration detector is developed. Then, the specific design process of the detector is presented from both hardware and software. The hardware circuit includes signal collection circuit, signal amplification circuit, analog-to-digital conversion circuit, data transmission circuit, LCD display circuit, as well as certain other circuits. The software includes the lower computer functions of analog-to-digital conversion, data transmission and LCD display, and the upper computer functions of communication and display. At last, after building the test circuit of the portable vibration detector on breadboard, debugging and testing of the detector is accomplished by means of prepared upper computer.The actual tests certificated that the detector can competent the vibration detection, which has laid a good foundation for further promote of this portable vibration detector.
