With the development of ultrasonic technology, ultrasonic equipment has been widelyapplied.Ultrasonic piezoelectric transducer is the important component of ultrasonic equipment,ithas the characteristics of high efficiency and high power.However,the traditional method of PZTtransducer assembly has many problems,such as,torque instability,large range of pressurefluctuation and so on.These defects caused the sandwich piezoelectric transducer electro-acousticconversion efficiency is low,easy to heat,ceramic chip is easy to fragile,sandwich piezoelectrictransducer is easy to loosen.Therefore,the assembly quality has an important influence on theperformance of the sandwich piezoelectric transducer.According to the problems of traditionalassembly, this paper puts forward the sandwich piezoelectric transducer automatic assemblymachine, design and analysis the structure of assembly machine, and present the assemblymachine’s control program.The main content of this paper is as follows:The first chapter firstly introduces the basic concept and application of the ultrasonictechnology and introduces the ultrasonic transducer,and then introduces the domestic and overseasresearch status of ultrasonic technology,ultrasonic transducer,PLC and piezoelectric transducerassembly technology,finally puts forward the main research content of this article.The second chapter researchs the various performance parameters of the transducer and thejudgment method of assembly quality. It analyze the stress distribution on the sandwichpiezoelectric transducer.According to the characteristics of sandwich transducer,this chapteranalyzes the transducer applied prestressing force and the relationship of piezoelectric ceramicpiece charge generated and the transducer applied force.The third chapter introduces the the overall structure of sandwich piezoelectric transducerautomatic assembly machine.According to the shortage of the assembly machine,this chapterdesigns the sandwich piezoelectric transducer electrode testing chuck alignment and clampingdevice,and the sandwich piezoelectric transducer nut and the socket aligment device.The fourth chapter establishs a3D model of sandwich piezoelectric transducer automaticassembly machine,and simplified it.Import it to Ansys Workbench,using Ansys Workbenchassembly machine for the static and dynamic analysis,demonstrates its theoretical feasibility.The fifth chapter introduces the composition,advantages and working principle of PLC controlsystem.According to the the characteristics and the work flow of the automatic assembly machine, this chapter design hardware and software programming and design the man-machine interface ofsandwich piezoelectric transducer automatic assembly machine in WinCC Flexible2008.The sixth chapter uses the automatic assembly machine assembles sandwich piezoelectrictransducer, it is concluded that the parameters of the sandwich piezoelectric transducer afterassembling.To prove the feasibility of assembly machine....
