The piezoelectric transducer is the key component of ultrasound equipment,its assembly work directly affect performance directly affects the entire ultrasound system..In order to solve traditional assembly methods manually assemble can not be automated,assembled piezoelectric transducer not guarantee the quality,low conversion efficiency,easy to heat and ceramic fragility and other issues.In this paper,a piezoelectric transducer automatic assembly machine have been designed.The piezoelectric transducer assembly for the purpose of combining the traditional theory of piezoelectric transducer assembly,and use of a new method of assembling a piezoelectric transducer.In this paper,we first introduce the piezoelectric transducer and the working principle of each part,and the main performance index of the transducer and the important design parameters.By using the piezoelectric effect,charge detection method is applied to the design of the assembly machine.The formula calculated resonant frequency of 20kHz piezoelectric transducer assembly after the completion of the torque is 185N·m and voltage value is 7.5V.Then the piezoelectric transducer assembly machine overall design,including the design of mechanical structure design and control system.the piezoelectric transducer assembly machine clamping device,pressing device,tightening device is designed.Using the finite element software Simulation Solidworks simulation analysis of the tightening device in the socket wrench force,and its optimization analysis,reducing the weight of the socket wrench.According to the structural characteristics of the piezoelectric transducer,the resonant frequency is 20kHz and 15kHz,and the corresponding structure is designed.Control system design includes hardware design and software design of control system.At first,the whole control process of the assembly machine is designed in detail,and two kinds of assembling methods are adopted,which are manual assembly and automatic assembly.Select the SIEMENS S7-200 type PLC and HB308SN stepper motor drive,complete the design of the PLC program and the Flexible WinCC control interface design,completes the assembly machine manual operation mode and the automatic operation mode two kinds of work conditions to carry on the control.Finally,the piezoelectric transducer assembly is assembled by the piezoelectric transducer assembly machine.The experimental results show that the pressure transducer assembly machine assembly transducer,control voltage value within a reasonable scope,has very good effects of assembly,assembly of a pressure transducer assembly time is only 90 seconds,greatly improving the efficiency of assembly and assembly of the piezoelectric transducer performance meet the requirements of assembly.According to the assembly result,the relationship between the assembly voltage and the resonant frequency,the impedance and the static capacitance is obtained.The optimal prestress optimal range of the piezoelectric transducer is calculated.After the piezoelectric transducer is assembled,the piezoelectric transducer is measured at regular time every day to get the data of the parameters of the piezoelectric transducer.
