Combined with the enterprise development project "Technology Transformation of 30 Million Refined Carton Flexible Production Line" supported by Anhui province and the project "The Research and Development of The Key Technology for Refined Carton Flexible Production Line" commissioned by an enterprise,an automatically adhesive assemble system for lid and retaining plate is developed in this paper to solve the problem of high labor intensity and low production efficiency in manual assembly of lid and retaining plate in the current refined carton production.The main contents include:1.Mechanical structure design.According to the process of the assembly of lid and retaining plate,the mechanical structure of the system was designed and the 3D modeling of the whole machine was completed.Based on the overall design,the design analysis and detailed structure design were execute for the mechanism of feeding lid,mechanism of intermittent delivery,mechanism of taking and dispensing glue,mechanism of feeding retaining plate,mechanism of grabbing and assembling retaining plate and the belt convey mechanism,and the key components were selected and checked.2.Pneumatic system design.According to the analysis of requirements about automatic assembly system,the circuit of the pneumatic system is designed,and the drawing of the pneumatic circuit diagram and the calculation and selection of the key pneumatic components are completed.3.Control system overall design.According to the overall control requirements of the flexible automatic production line for refined carton and the control tasks of the automatic assembly system,the control structure in three layers of the workshop,production line and workstation were designed.The workshop layer exchanges data with the production line through the B/S structure model;The production line uses configuration software to communicate with the underlying workstations and coordinate the operation of the various workstations on the production line;The workstations in bottom adopt the PLC controller that is applicable to the industrial field to realize the logic control of the equipment and to communicate with the production line layer's control system realizing the information interaction.4.The hardware design of control system.In view of the movement demand of mechanical system,the control tasks of the control system were analyzed,the selection of sensors,PLC and touch screen were completed,and the external wiring diagram ofthe hardware was designed.5.The development of control system software.According to the control task,the drawing of PLC control program flow chart and the writing of program were completed,the touch screen man-machine interface and Kingview software monitoring and management interface were designed according to the control requirements,and the release of production information through the system Web publishing capabilities by using the external database SQL Sever and network functions were realized.The automatic assembly system of lid and retaining plate designed and developed in this paper can effectively solve the problems such as low efficiency and labor intensity existing in the manual production of refined carton;A superior computer management system with perfect function built through the connection between the configuration software and external database and network provided convenience for the enterprise to analyze the production data and share resources;The monitoring and management screen was published via the Web and remote monitoring was realized through the browser to make a visit.
