| In this work, the simulation software FLOWMASTER was employed to investigate the effect of meteorological environments and running conditions on the vehicle environments of CRH380BL EMU, including pressure, temperature and humidity. The meteorological environments and running conditions consists of outside temperature, outside humidity, solar radiation intensity and different running conditions.(such as open wireã€crosswindã€the meeting and through the tunnel) The unidimensional simulation model of CRH380BL EMU was structured by the simulation software FLOWMASTER. And the parameters such as air flow rate of air-condition, inside vehicle pressure, inside temperature and humidity that were calculated by the unidimensional simulation model of CRH380BL EMU were in accordance with that of the design standard, which provided strong evidences that the unidimensional simulation model can be used to simulate the meteorological environments under different running conditions.The parameters of head carriage, intermediate carriage and tail carriage of CRH380BL EMU are calculated by the unidimensional simulation model under different running conditions. The results show that the negative pressure increased with the running speed. And the air flow in through air intake on the windward and flow out from air intake on the leeward side with the running condition of crosswind. Moreover, the difference value of air mass flow between inlet air and air-out is equal to exhaust air rate of air-conditions. Besides, it can be found that there is no difference between the conditions that the air outlet is located on the windward and on the windward. The pressure of air intake of intersection side on a resting train crossing fluctuates due to the pressure surge of air between two trains and it is fluctuates little on the other side, resulting in the phenomenon that air flow in through one air intake and flow out through the other air intake. The pressure of air intake fluctuates less when air intake of intersection side is close. And the inside pressure of carriage is in accordance with the change of the pressure of air intake on the leeward. On the condition that the train run through the tunnel, the inside pressure of carriage increases with increase of the running speed, which is in accordance with the pressure of air intake. Other parameters that may influence the inside pressure of carriage are also investigated. Besides, the effect of the parameters including outside temperature and humidity, solar radiation, busload and running speed on the inside temperature and humidity of carriage are evaluated. More significantly, the methods to control the inside temperature and humidity of carriage by adjusting the parameters of air-condition are explored. |
