With the rapid development of China's high speed train, comprehensive comfort has become an important indicator to evaluate the new generation of high-speed trains, while temperature and humidity are two key factors affecting the comprehensive comfort. Temperature and humidity simulation test bed for high-speed train is devoted to study the effect of temperature and humidity on human who are on the train. For the test, the air conditioning system is one of the important configuration which is responsible for providing the test environment. This paper designs and studies the air conditioning system of the high speed train temperature and humidity simulation test bench. In this paper, the air conditioning system of temperature and humidity simulation test bench is designed and studied.First of all, based on the analysis of people' reaction who were in certain temperature and the influence of temperature and humidity changes on human, the author have formulated the range and precision for air conditioning system; By analyzing the sensitivity of different parts of human to the temperature and the structure of the human, the main research area was determined inside the test compartment.Secondly, Though analyzing the material, installation position of the test vehicle and the characteristics operation mode of the air conditioning system, the steady state heat transfer method was used to calculate the actual air conditioning load of the test vehicle.Then, based on the air supply system of the test vehicle and the current design method of precision air conditioning, use air changes as the measuring standard of air output in the system and limit the scope of the air changes to meet the accuracy requirements of the air conditioning system. With the two class seat of CRH2 as the reference model, mathematical and physical model were established by Airpak software. Use finite volume method to discrete the governing equation of K-? turbulence model. In the process of solving the algebraic equations, the SIMPLE method of pressure speed amending method was adopted. Taking the most unfavorable conditions in summer as an example, when the ventilation rate was take 17 to 33 times/h, the author analyzed the temperature field and humidity field inside the compartment. The results came to that when the ventilation rate exceeded 29 times/h, which can meet that the temperature field uniformity is less than or equal to±1?,the humidity uniformity is less than or equal to ±2%. Afterwards, determine the system delivery. It also came to that further increasing air changes, the influence of improving the uniformity for temperature and humidity field was not obvious enhanced.Finally, according to the results of load calculation and numerical simulation, the author analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of various air treatment equipment, and then completed equipment selection of the system.Lastly, put forward the control requirements.The design of the air conditioning system of temperature and humidity simulation test bed is helpful to the evaluation of the comprehensive comfort, it is also beneficial to improve the emergency plan when the train's air conditioning has broken down.
