With the development of bearing manufacturing level, bearing life has been greatly improved. In the bearing reliability test, less failure,single failure or zero-failure often appear in censoring time. In this case, due to the lack of failure information, the traditional evaluation method is difficult to make accurate reliability evaluation. Above these problems, we must find new evaluation methods.Existing basis of zero-failure data research, combined with long accumulated life data shows that the bearing life distribution is to obey Weibull distribution model. The premise articles apply confidence limits, Bayesian methods, parameter estimation method to analyze bearing reliability of theoretical and simulation under zero-failure data.Firstly, this paper expounds the purpose and significance of bearing life test and reliability evaluation. Introdece the subject sources. Describes the bearing life distribution-Weibull distribution’s parameters and reliability indices. Based on the single and group zero-failure data in censoring test, analyze the principles and application range of the confidence limit method.Secondly, discusses the theory and procedures of partition distribution curve method for reliability evaluation. The precondition of this method is to estimate the failure probability. This paper presents four failure probability estimation method. By comparing the results of each method, discussed four methods of estimation accuracy.Thirdly, choose likelihood ideas to analyze bearing life data that obeys two-parameter and three-parameter Weibull distribution. Use maximum likelihood theory based on the remaining life, modified maximum likelihood method and optimized correlation coefficient method.to process bearing the zero-failure life data which obeys two parameter and three parameter Weibull distribution parameters.Then,with the combination of computer simulation experiment, introduces the principles and procedure of sampling method and statistics method based on large number data from computer simulation test.Then give the range of application of this method. That is, put up with a new method to estimate the reliability of bearing under the condition of zero-failure single data. According to the test data bearing from LuoYang Bearing Research Institute, discusses how to assess the working life of bearing which obeys three parameter Weibull distribution more accurately under the condition of given minimum safe life. It proves that bearing life obeys three-parameter Weibull distribution is superior to the two parameter Weibull distribution.Finally, summarize the research contents and results.Then point the future research direction and deficiencies.
