Study On Spatial Evolution Of Human Settlements In Jilin Songhua River Basin

Songhua River mainly flows through Heilongjiang, Inner Mongolia and JilinProvince, the basin area is556800square kilometers. In Jilin Province the SonghuaRiver Basin is about790kilometers long and its basin area is78000squarekilometers, it mainly flows through five cities that are Yanbian, Baishan, Jilin,Changchun and Songyuan, and11counties such as Fusong, Jingyu, Huadian, Jiaohe,Yongji, Fuyu, Qianguo, etc. According to the degree of the basin developmentcontrol and the influence, this article selects three representative cities that areSongyuan, Jilin and Baishan as the research object. After the reform and opening-uppolicy, the society and economy rapidly developed, industrial enterprises increased,which make Songhua River, one of the important rivers in Jilin Province, have been acertain degree of pollution, and the ecological environment is under threat. It is thekey point of this study that how to develop the human settlements space of JilinSonghua River Basin in the future.This paper systematically combs and classifies the theory of the relevant basinhuman settlements research. This paper, first from a macro level divides the spatialevolution process of human settlements of Jilin Songhua River Basin with thelongitudinal comparison method, which is divided into six periods, and analyzes theconcrete characteristics. Then it from the medium level analyzes the spatial evolutioncharacteristics of the three basin cities since the reform and opening up30years withthe transverse comparison method from five aspects that is space structure, economicdevelopment, population structure, transportation infrastructure, ecologicalenvironment, and summarizes the influence factors of spatial evolution. And on thisbasis, it in-depth analyzes the spatial evolution dynamic mechanism of humansettlements of Jilin Songhua River Basin. Especially this paper from the micro level, Songyuan and Jilin urban center and Fusong County in Baishan as an example,extracts the space axis of the land use map and traffic map of the four developmentstages since the reform and opening up with the research method of space syntax,and reveals the spatial evolution rule of human settlements of Jilin Songhua RiverBasin.In the end, this paper based on the previous analyses and the future spatialdevelopment strategy selection and planning countermeasures of the basin humansettlements, Respectively makes judgments of the spatial evolution trend of humansettlements of Jilin Songhua River Basin from the macro, medium and micro level,then puts forward specific ideas of spatial development models for the future, whichare the models of based on regional harmonious development, infrastructure supportand friendly ecological environment.
