Cement-based concrete materials have a prominent mechanical property. As thesociety and technology developing, the ornamental cement-based concrete materials,which contain the colorful and prominent mechanical property both, have been noticed.The source-saving and environmental cement-based concrete prefabricated plate (forinstance trench cover, sidewalk slab and square brick) has the mechanical property asnatural granite; meanwhile, it also has a colorful decoration effect.In this paper, the raw material had been systematically analyzed; a proper mixingproportion had been designed and identified according to RPC principle of preparation,after researching and comparing three different craft. A kind of high-strengthcement-based dalle had been produced and characterized successfully. The major containsshown as below:1. For high-strength cement-based dalle, analysis of the dominated factors: whiteness,size distribution, true density and specific surface area etc. Tests by XRD and TG-DSCshows that calcining4hours at650℃is the optimal pretreated condition of silica fume.2. The optimal composition (MWC: MSF:MMP: MQS:Mwater=0.71:0.18:0.11:0.71:0.16)was derived from simulated calculation and characteristic using fluidity, on the premise ofDinger-Funk function and Matlab calculation. The effect of pigment addition toproduction had been studied. The optimal percentage of addition was4%of the total massof binding material.3. Three kinds of moldings had been studied: they are Vibration molding, Staticpressure molding and Vibration-Pressure molding. It ascertain the best condition in Staticpressure molding and Vibration molding was determined. In Static pressure molding, thepressure was25MPa; In Vibration molding, the pressure was8MPa and the frequencywas20Hz. Comparing the defect in dalle prepared by Vibration molding and the highequipment wastage in Static pressure molding, the best proper molding for large-scaleindustry production was Vibration molding. Take the vibration molding for instance, this study ascertain the curing condition of dalle: pre-curing1d with mold at20℃,then curingin water2d at40℃,finally in water2d at90℃.4. Five different kinds colorful dalle could be prepared. The properties indices ofdecoration and physic: glossiness could approach21GS; bending strength reached10MPa;water absorption was below5%; wearing coefficient was0.0416kg/m2. The propertiesabove was contented to the demand of stone material.
