RPC material of high temperature resistance, fire resistance, and corrosion resistance is much higher than steel, RPC mixing content not only the liquidity is good, and good adhesiveness, in the process of transportation, pouring and tamping segregation phenomenon does not occur, in the narrow gaps within the template and reinforced through the performance good, don’t need vibration after pouring, RPC material has good environmental performance at the same time.RPC cover plate is made up of ordinary Portland cement, quartz sand, silica active material and mineral admixture, adding suitable amount of copper coated steel fiber was a new kind of high strength, high toughness and excellent durability of new concrete prefabricated components.
