| Reactive Powder Concrete has features of high strength,good toughness and durability,which has a broad application prospect in the field of civil engineering.RPC remains to be further studied on the basic mechanics performance,the design rules and regulations which is yet to be perfected.Based on this background,this article live in Hunan province construction hall construction of local standard(revised)for project\"technical specification for concrete structures of reactive powder\" as the background,with different strength grade of RPC compressive strength,bending strength,elastic modulus,stress-strain full curves of steel fiber distribution,the basic mechanics performance and RPC content detection,and researches on the mesoscopic numerical simulation of the RPC,Expecting to provide the reference for the analysis of performance of RPC.The main investigations are summarized as follows:(1)The strength of 100 MPa to 200 MPa range determination of RPC uniaxial compressive strength standard values and experimental study RPC bending strength.Clear the size effect of RPC,based on the experimental results for different strength of RPC compressive strength variation coefficient,to determine the RPC axial compressive strength and cubic compressive strength of the conversion factor,put forward the RPC axial compressive strength standard values of standard..Of four different steel fiber content of RPC specimens respectively four and three point bending method is used to test the initial crack strength and ultimate strength,bending strength and axial tensile strength calculation formula is derived,and establish the steel fiber RPC axial tensile strength of the matrix with the axial tensile strength of the expression,to compare the merits of the five kinds of RPC fracture toughness evaluation standard.(2)The RPC experimental study of dynamic and static elastic modulus.Using ultrasonic pulse method,the impact-echo method and static method of elastic modulus of each specimen were measured,based on the test results,establish the RPC static modulus of elasticity and the cube compressive strength and the statistics of the relationship between dynamic modulus of elasticity.(3)The RPC experimental study uniaxial compressive stress strain curve.Getting R100 strength grade four types of steel fiber content complete stress-strain full curves of RPC,establish the constitutive equation of different dosage Qf steel fibre RPC,fitting corresponding parameters in the constitutive equations are obtained with the mathematic expression of the steel fiber content.(4)Content detection of steel fibers and the RPC mesoscopic numerical simulation.Based on image processing technology,with different shapes and different dosage of steel fibre RPC specimens of steel fiber content test,to test for steel fiber numerical model,and compared with the theoretical calculation value,verify the feasibility of the approach used in actual engineering.Establishment and optimization of steel fiber random delivery procedures,steel fiber numerical model is set up;Based on test the whole curve to establish finite element model of RPC,uniaxial compressive strength and tensile numerical simulation. |
