Automobile auxiliary machinery manufacturing companies mainly produce automobileauxiliary machines such as washing machines, leakage test machine, sembly machine andother automotive auxiliary products, and every auxiliary product is including designingparts, standard parts, purchased components. Finally, they are assemblied into the kinds ofproducts. The designing parts require many processes to finish machining such as painting,plating, welding, boring, etc. These processing technologies need to complete with thecooperation companies, and automobile auxiliary machinery manufacturing companiesneed to get the information about these cooperation parts finished in time or not. At present,the automobile auxiliary machinery manufacturing companies are usually using the manualform to record information about cooperation parts, it is a waste of time and the efficiency islow. Which will not meet the need of modern automobile manufacturing enterpriseinformation construction. In domestic and foreign large or medium-sized automobileauxiliary machinery manufacture enterprise, the information construction are mainly used formanagement of products information and production process. In this thesis, according to theneed of automobile auxiliary machinery manufacturing companies, the machine parts andcomponents machining information monitoring platform was built.First of all, the current situation of automobile auxiliary machinery manufacturingproducts information management were introduced at home and abroad. And according tothe actual situation analysis of this company, the machine parts and componentsinformation monitoring system was established, which included the function modulesdesigning, system debugging and running.In the system analysis field, the work flow was analysed for the automobile auxiliarymachinery manufacturing company, and the detail products data were given. Which wereused for feasibility analysis of this system.In the system design field, the products information monitoring platform was built byuse of SQL Server2008and VS2010, the system conceptual model design were mainly in the form of E-R diagrams. And according to the company habits about the productsinformation encoding rules and methods, the BOM was used to build the three-tierarchitectural model for this system designing.In the system implementation process field, this system characteristics are summarizedby the testing on the company clients, then functions of the task tips and the productdocumentation to upload information were increased. This product machining informationmonitoring system was applied in practice, the production efficiency is improved, and themanufacturing cost is reduced, which provides a solid foundation for the informationizationconstruction of automobile auxiliary machinery manufacturing companies.The author combines with the enterprise informationization requirement of automobileauxiliary machinery manufacturing companies, puts forward some suggestions for future.
