In recent years, the requirements of energy conservation and environmentalprotection continue to increase, but the phenomenon of energy waste andenvironmental pollution often happen. For example, there are large amounts ofpowder and crushed stone producing in the process of exploitation and production,discharged by stone processing enterprises arbitrarily, which not only result in seriousenvironmental pollution, the swallow of fertile land, the aggravation of soil erosion,and the reduction of agricultural production, but also the source of water is pollutedbecause of the powder’s forming the colloidal powder particles.In this paper, we use the new building materials granite powder concrete asobject of study, mainly research its filling mechanism through the test of cementmortar, concrete and scanning electron microscopy. Paper using a method ofcombining theory with experimental research.Firstly, we study material physical properties and chemical composition throughthe material particle size test, X-diffraction test, apparent density, water demand, andloss on ignition test to provide basic material properties for the follow-up test.Secondly,we explore the granite powder filling effect by cement mortar test,,then we can obtained the basic law of granite powder-filled, and determine the bestgranite powder volume and fineness, and provide a theoretical basis for the follow-uptest.Thirdly,the granite powder filling effect and filling rule should be further verify,and the rule of the impact on the physical and mechanical properties of concrete by itthrough the concrete test. Then we can get the relationship between the granitepowder dosage, fineness and concrete physical properties. Finally, we verify granite powder filling effect from micro perspective byscanning electron microscopy, further providing theoretical support for the law ofgranite powder filled. And we explored the freeze-thaw cycle failure mechanism,verifying the relevant the destruction theory of concrete freeze-thaw cycle, thenproposed reinforced concrete frost ability.The test is supported by major water research and technology promotion projectsin Shandong Province (SDSLKY201209). The granite powder concrete designed inthis article to meet the needs of different projects, with good promotion prospects. Atthe mean while we took full advantage of the abandoned granite stone powder, whichcan save energy and protect environment, then reduce the construction cost to achievethe purpose of energy conservation and environmental protection. Available in thepaper, the methods and conclusions can be referred to on relevant waste utilization’sstudy, design and application.
