Investment Control In Prophase Planning And Design Of The Construction Of The New Campus Of Colleges And Universities

With the rapid development of our economy and the change of the nationaleducation policy, our country’s higher education has gradually transition from eliteeducation to popular education stage at present.Due to the continuous expansion ofenrollment and hardware upgrades, colleges and universities across the country havestarted the construction of new campus of the boom.But at the same time, theconstruction of new campus of colleges and universities invest big, cost is high, theburden of school is more and more heavy, this problem has aroused people’s attention..In this paper, we study in college in the early period of the construction of newcampus planning and design stage for the analysis scope, from planning to invest in theearly phase, the synchronous start analysis and control.And researched method forinvestment control in this phase is analyzed and the measures should be taken,theresults of the analysis of the data will provide important basis for projectdecision,analysis will lay solid foundation for the project construction whole process ofinvestment control.I choice a case of the local colleges and universities to construction of new campusin this paper, started from the early stage of the overall planning and design,by usingdesign and orderly progression,I studied the investment analysis and control indetail.Through this case, I made a positive analysis about the investment controlmethods and measures.In this paper, we study the investment control way of the construction of the newcampus from a new angle of view and combining with actual cases, it,s great helpful fornew campus construction project investment control in colleges and universities, savingconstruction cost and increasing the early stage of the new campus construction projectfeasibility study,and expecting to prior to the construction of the new campus planningand design stage of the investment control research to a new height.
