With our country’ reform, construction, planning of the smart grid system in the power industry, and electric power storage management model of metering is a major accordingly change, state grid corporation of provincial electric power metering center construction put forward higher request. The application of intelligent storage system in the power supplies warehouse center management improve the quality of the watt-hour meter and warehousing management, laying the foundation for the construction of the first-class power intelligent warehouse logistics center.In order to achieve the state grid corporation to develop electric power metering center planning and construction in the warehousing logistics model of intelligent target, and based on a proposed by state grid electric power industry norms, the construction of provincial electric power metering storage center. Power intelligent warehouse management in this paper, based on the basis of above theory, through to the Hebei electric power measuring center business requirements and work flow of investigation and study, in order to achieve the intelligent warehouse management of electric power metering, reasonable planning and design. Using the modern logistics warehouse management technology and advanced computer technology, year, month, day of measuring center business are detailed analyzed. Second, to power the entire intelligent storage system the function of the overall layout, function area planning and technological process of the design, planning and design the tray3d library and turnover box library, use advanced information recognition technology to achieve the watt-hour meter management directly. Second, the rational allocation of intelligent storage devices in the system, and is verified on the efficiency of stacker, even through the theoretical science, the running efficiency of stacker meet efficiency directly. In the end, through the reasonable planning and design of intelligent storage system, meet the demand of practical engineering project.The application of modern electric power metering intelligent warehouse system, largely improves power meter directly, speeds up the turnover rate of meter, strengthens the storage of power meter management level, to achieve a digital, intensive, intelligent electricity metering storage mode.
