Automatic Checking System Of Energy Metering Device Abnormal Wiring

With the continuous development of the national economy, the requirement of electricity and customers are increasing, the accuracy of metering will not only relate to economic interests of enterprises directly, but also affect the company's image and reputation. The right wiring is important to ensure the precise metering. Therefore, it is important significance to judge the wiring of energy metering devices timely. In order to establish a completed and practical automatic checking system of energy metering device abnormal wiring, we must analysis the abnormal wiring of energy metering device. This paper designs the automatic checking system of energy metering device abnormal wiring with the technology of struts framework, The main contents are as follows:(1) In the singal-phase, three-phase three-wire and three-phase four-wire of energy metering device, this paper anlysises and summarizes the various types of basic mistakes of abnormal wiring, and studies the adjusted coefficient and the algorithm of the charges for electricity return or compensation. All types of the adjusted coefficient of abnormal wirings and the algorithm of the charges for electricity return or compensation are determined.(2)This paper gives the whole structure of automatic checking system and function module. We design this system from data collection and database design, and automatic classification checking. This system realizes the function of automatic checking basically. It can automaticly check abnormal wiring and the charges for electricity return or compensation.(3) According to special requirements to database system of automatic checking on abnormal wiring. This paper uses some optimization strategys improve the database performance with adjusting data structure, operating system parameters, database server parameters, SQL statement.This system can reduce the burden of worker and improve the efficiency of the checking of abnormal wiring. It can also promote automation process of the work on checking wiring. There is reference meaning for other power corporations to study and build this system in other provinces and cities.
