BLDCM (Brushless DC Motor) adopts electronic commutation to replacemechanical commutation, because it has some characteristics, such as simple structure,without excitation loss and so on, is widely used in all works of life. Therefore, thetopic selects DSP as main control chip, to design BLDCM speed control system, sothat to realize the BLDCM control digitization.In this paper, first of all, introduce basic structure and working principle ofBLDCM, so as to establish mathematical model, to analysis a position sensorBLDCM control program, implementation speed and current double close loop PWMcontrol. Secondly, choose TMS320F28335floating-point digital signal processor fromTI as the master controller, to design the whole hardware circuit diagram of BLDCMspeed control system. Mainly includes the power module design, the speed detectioncircuit design, the current detection circuit design, the rotor position detection circuitdesign, protection circuit design and power driving circuit design, etc. CCS3.3ischosen as the DSP programming environment, to design the whole software programflow diagram of BLDCM speed control system, which mainly includes the speed loopprogram design, the current loop program design, position detection and phasecommutation program design and PWM generation program design, etc. Afterwards,speed control performance is better when we use the classic digital PID controlalgorithm which we just add to the limiter and integral correction.Finally the paper summarizes the whole BLDCM speed control system testingand analysis, to verify the effectiveness of the PID control algorithm. We can realizethe digital control of BLDCM speed control. And to summarize the whole design,give the follow-up work outlook.
