| With the request of the aerospace product integration level continuously improve,aerospace products has the advantages of small volume,low cost,high reliability,the field of motor driving from a position sensor control is applied to position sensorless control of motor drive without position sensor control the motor itself as a motion sensor,cancel the original commonly used shaft sensor,i.e.,no position sensor motor drive control.The results of the study can achieve the miniaturization of aerospace products,mechanical control software,design freedom increased,saving energy and raw materials,improve the quality,safety and reliability.Analysis of the principle of back EMF position detection,operation with triangle connection of Sensorless Brushless DC motor is analyzed and derived how to use the algorithm of back EMF sensing rotor position.Based on the SIMULINK/SIMPOWERSYSTEM establishment of the brushless DC motor without position sensor speed regulating system and the whole simulation model,of back EMF zero crossing detection method has conducted the simulation research and verify the correctness of the zero crossing detection method.The adaptive fuzzy PID control simulation study.Based on DSP technology,the design of the motor drive system is realized.Finally,the no-load and load experiments are carried out on the 400 W motor.The experimental results show that the design of the control system is reliable,with good load capacity,and can meet the requirements of the basic. |
